Wellness: Mindfulness in the Digital Age

Staying mindful and healthy is more challenging than ever with multitasking and digital demands on our attention, especially smartphones. Using experiential exercises, Dan Cayer teaches a three-step process for staying balanced and thoughtful, even while staring at a screen. Learn tips for mindfulness and body awareness that will reduce clutter and distractions and help you become more productive and less frazzled. Cayer is a nationally certified Alexander Technique teacher working in the fields of pain, injury, and stress. He has led workshops throughout New York City, Las Vegas, and in the United Kingdom.
