The foundational teaching of Buddhist practice is The Four Noble Truths.  These truths clearly explain our situation: that we are suffering, and because we don’t understand why, we continue to suffer.  It also outlines how we can find freedom from this struggle through meditation, practicing harmonious behavior, and restraining from causing harm.   In this half-day workshop, Dan and Jackie Stewart will offer techniques of mindfulness to help you understand how awareness of your body, emotions, and thoughts can empower you and enable you to live with clarity and purpose for yourself and others.

No meditation experience is necessary.
