Mindfulness in the Digital Age

Staying mindful and healthy is more challenging than ever, with the demands on our attention from multitasking, smartphones, and social networking. Utilizing gentle hands-on guidance, experiential exercises, this workshop teaches a three-step process for staying balanced and thoughtful even while staring at a screen. Developing a simple practice of mindfulness and body awareness will reduce clutter and distractions, and help you become more productive and less frazzled.
