Incorporating the Alexander Technique—which focuses on un-learning disruptive physical habits in order to achieve an aligned and balanced state—teacher/meditator Dan Cayer helps you develop natural meditation postures. By applying curiosity and warmth to your body, rather than inflexible ideals, you develop the taste for being present which brings wisdom and power to your practice.

This workshop is one of three workshops on “Meditation Saturday” at the New York Botanical Garden Midtown campus.
