Building a Meditation Practice

I understand how difficult it can be to support a meditation practice in a hectic and busy life. Worrying about the future and regretting the past can create exhaustion and stress. Learn to rest your body and mind in the present moment with this six-week class.
Led by experienced teacher, Dan Cayer, this course will lead you through the fundamentals of meditation as well as helping you cultivate the qualities necessary to develop concentration and clarity. You’ll also learn strategies for maintaining your practice, and becoming more present for life.
Traditional methods are developed for modern people, taught in a friendly and comfortable environment. This course will include guided instruction, discussion, and Q&A.
This program is particularly suited for those who are new to meditation, have completed IDP’s Basics course, or are looking for support in building their current practice.
No experience is necessary. Chairs will be provided.
